ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2010 – C Day   The GVHSPA will be holding auditions for all GVSD students for the Wizard of Oz after their school day ends (2:40 for secondary and 4 PM for elementary) on Monday September 13 in the GVHS auditorium. Munchkins from K-6 are needed, as well as townspeople and a munchkin mayor from grades 7-8, and leads in grades 9-12. Interested students should bring the application from the GVHSPA website, www.gvhspaa.com, to the audition.   Now is the time to sign up for the Art trip to ITALY. If you are a freshman, sophomore or junior taking ART this year, you are eligible to sign up for this incredible 11-day trip to Italy. Sign up early to start fund raising now. See any art teacher for more information or visit Mrs. Brewer's teacher page on the GVHS website.   ATTENTION JUNIORS: Beginning Monday, 9/13 through Thursday, 9/16 @ 12 noon, completed parking applications will be accepted in Room C-111. Since a lottery will be held again this year, the fee will not be due until after the drawing is completed. You must however, have a valid drivers license for review in order to apply. If you have any questions, see Mrs. McCabe in Room C-111.   Attention French Students: The GVHS French Club is going to France during the summer of 2011. Any student who registers for the trip prior to September 15, 2010 receives a $300 discount. Please see any French teacher or consult the French Club web page for registration information.
