Homework Guidelines

     Garnet Valley Elementary has established guidelines in accordance with School Board policy on homework.  This policy considers homework to be an integral part of the total educational process.  Completion of homework is part of a student’s responsibility.  Failure to complete homework can result in consequences outlined on page 6 of the GVSD Student Records Procedural Manual.  These consequences can include parent communication, verbal reprimand, and recess detention assigned by the teacher.
