Physicals for the 2013-2014 Season
  
Any student going into 7th or 8th grade who is planning on trying out for a sports team in the Fall of 2013 needs to complete a PIAA physical.   All Physicals must be dated by the physician after June 1st 2013 and are due in the Main Office by Wednesday August 21, 2013.  Below is a link to the PIAA Physical Form.
