Garnet Valley High School will host a "Sports Physical Day" on Wednesday, June 5th, 2013 from 3:00-5:30 PM in the High School Cafeteria. The cost of the physical is $25.00 and checks can be made out to Garnet Valley High School("GVHS). Students/Parents should complete pages 1-6 of the 2013-14 PIAA Physical Form(click on the link located below) prior to the examination. Please contact Sandy Pyle at 610-579-7490 with any questions.
Any student trying out for a high school sport during the 2013-2014 school year is required to complete a PIAA pre-participation physical. Pages 1-6 need to be completed and signed by the student and parent/guardian. Page 7 must be completed by a doctor and dated after 6/1/13.Any physicals dated prior to 6/1/13 will not be accepted.Students are not permitted to tryout for any sport without a completed physical turned into the athletic department. After the official start date, allow for a 24 hour processing time prior to having your son/daughter cleared to try out.
