1. Keep your page current
2. Keep pages offline until they are web ready - do not post UNDER CONSTRUCTION
3. Remember that your OVERVIEW page is always online
4. Keep it professional - no family and pet photos
5. Follow copyright policies, credit graphics
6. Size graphics appropriately
7. Use no more than two font styles and two font color
8. Keep font size -between 2 and 4 for text, no greater than 6 for titles
9. Follow a consistent format
10. Remember to spell check
