Web Widgets are pieces of code that can be copied and inserted into your webpage using the "view HTML" button in the site manager. Make sure your computers have current versions of Flash and Java because they are utilized in many Widgets.
You don't need to know how to create codes, many sites offer these freebies to use in your webpage (Careful - freebies are not always free). Some will offer modifications you can make such as color, language, location, text; be certain to familiarize yourself with the provider's terms, their maybe rules prohibiting changes to the code including removal of any advertisement.
