Specific Activities that can be used with the Voice Assistant
Mindfulness Exercises
If the class is RED, the voice assistant will do 2-3 minute guided exercises to reduce anger and frustration.
If the class is BLUE, the voice assistant will do 2-3 minute guided exercises to reduce lethargy.
If the class is YELLOW, the voice assistant will do 2-3 minute guided exercises to reduce worry and restlessness.
