Specific Activities that can be used with the Voice Assistant

Mindfulness Exercises

  1. If the class is RED, the voice assistant will do 2-3 minute guided exercises to reduce anger and frustration.

  2. If the class is BLUE, the voice assistant will do 2-3 minute guided exercises to reduce lethargy.

  3. If the class is YELLOW, the voice assistant will do 2-3 minute guided exercises to reduce worry and restlessness.

Would You Rather Questions

These questions are fun and engaging, encouraging students to think creatively and have fun comparing two interesting choices!

Reflection Questions

These questions will help students reflect on their actions, learning, and feelings, promoting a positive and mindful end to the school day.

Transitions & Randomizers

The assistant can use randomization to help make decisions or select students for tasks in a fair and exciting way. Since the assistant doesn’t have access to specific names, here are some alternatives:

  • Pick by Desk or Table

  • Number Assignments

  • Random Object Selection

  • Flip a Coin for Choices

Brain Breaks offers quick, engaging activities designed to help elementary students recharge and refocus during the school day. These short breaks provide a fun way to refresh energy levels and improve concentration.
