Resource Request From
Please use the form to the right to request a new app or educational license to use with your students.
The following process will be used when a request is made for any new educational resource.
Please be sure a supervisor has approved this request before submitting it.
Once a submission is made, our Curriculum, Technology, and Special Education Team will review the request.
If there is need of follow up, a supervisor will contact the person submitting the form directly. If all information is completed accurately, the resource will be reviewed at the next instructional cabinet meeting (held each Monday morning).
