Current Classes - Spring 2023

Join us for this FREE event! During this educational seminar, you will learn how Medicare works and what it covers, how Part “D” prescription cards work and how to pick the right one for you, and the difference between Medicare supplements and Medicare Advantage plans.

Beginners to advanced students. This practice focuses on building strength and balance through various poses (asanas) while connecting your breath. Our goal is for you to leave class feeling more refreshed, more calm, and more clear. Reenergize, Restore, Reengage!

The class host will help you get acquainted with the Bible, topic by topic. You will progressively learn the Bible's message as well as how it can help you. This class is FREE to the community!

Pickleball is a fast-growing recreational sport for all ages! This class welcomes players of all skill levels. Highly skilled players will get an opportunity to play and gain experience with a wide variety of opponents, and beginners will receive high-quality instruction to help build skill and confidence.

Join us as we explore the ancient Egyptian civilization, it's mysteries, traditions, and people. Each class will discuss a certain topic of this immense culture, such as: architecture, daily life, kings, queens, language, religious traditions, etc. Our presentation will also include an exhibit of artifacts that explain each topic!

Have you ever wondered why a cell phone is almost or over $1000 these days? It’s because of all the things you can do with it! Maybe all the talk of zooming, calling, emailing, googling and texting has your head spinning. I can understand and help! Young or older, Apple or Android, phone or tablet; let’s get you better acquainted with your technology!

Attending a Class…

Above is a list of the upcoming classes. Choose which class you would like to attend - even invite a friend!

  • Click on the class you want to attend
    Please note, classes fill up quickly and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • Submit a registration form
    Registration is complete when we have successfully received your information including: Name, Phone number, Email address, and have received your payment in full.

  • Payments
    Payments are collected via email. Once you have submitted your registration for a class, you will receive a payment request from our office via PayPal.

  • Confirmation
    Once you submit your payment, you will receive a confirmation email from curtisj@garnetvalley.org that you have completed registration.

Payments should be submitted with intention to attend the class in its entirety. We do not issue partial refunds if you are not able to make every class listed under your desired session, so please plan accordingly.

Should a class be completely cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons outside of the district’s control, a refund will be issued to each registrant based on the value of the specific class times affected.

We accept all credit cards, personal checks, PayPal, and cash.
